Hi ladies, a little about me…

Born in Kazakhstan, raised in Germany, and having moved to the United States in 2005, my journey has been shaped by resilience, cultural adaptation, and ambition. I spent over 15 years building a career in corporate America as a Project Management Professional (PMP), working at global investment banks and developing strong leadership and strategic expertise.

In 2018, I followed my entrepreneurial vision and became a licensed Realtor. Today, I’m proud to be recognized among the Top 500 Realtors in Northeast Florida, helping families relocate and navigate meaningful transitions.

Having experienced reinvention firsthand, I founded International Women in Business – First Coast to create a space where internationally-minded women can connect, grow professionally, and support one another.

In addition to leading the organization, I oversee event planning and speaker coordination, ensuring each gathering delivers value, meaningful connections, and opportunities for growth.

Through my international background, corporate experience, and real estate career, I am committed to building a high-quality, collaborative community where women can thrive both personally and professionally.

Hi,

I’m originally from England and relocated to the US in July 2021 to support my husband’s work. I bring an international perspective shaped by family life, education, and community involvement, with experience across both corporate and public sectors. I currently work within a school office environment, coach badminton, and am a mum to two teenage boys — roles that have strengthened my organisation, communication, and ability to balance competing priorities.

Alongside my husband, Ses, I’m launching a senior-focused business serving the 55+ community across the First Coast. I’m passionate about wellness, connection, and creating meaningful, sustainable support for older adults.

 Through mentorship, educational initiatives, and leadership development, I aim to create structured opportunities for growth and learning. My goal is to support you in building confidence, expanding skills, and achieving sustainable professional success. 

  My journey began in Ukraine, where I developed a strong determination to pursue education and opportunity. I earned a degree in languages and later continued my education in Germany. In 2004, my journey brought me to the United States, where I built my family and my professional life.

I began in financial services as a teller and quickly moved into leadership roles. Along the way, I supported my husband during his service in the U.S. Coast Guard while raising our family and continuing to grow professionally through the many moves that come with military life.
Today, I serve as Chief of Staff for one of the country’s top financial advisory groups, helping lead operations and support a team serving high-net-worth clients.

With my background in financial services, I hope to help women here feel more confident navigating finances through education, mentorship, and expert guidance. My goal is to make financial knowledge accessible so every woman feels empowered to build the life she wants.
