• Ensures all programming is high-quality, engaging, and valuable for members. 
• Approves key initiatives, partnerships, and overall community direction.

• Oversees brand identity and ensures visual and messaging consistency across all platforms. 
• Manages social media presence, including Facebook, Instagram, and other digital channels. 
• Supports website updates, content creation, and overall online presence. 
• Develops marketing materials such as event flyers, graphics, and business cards. 
• Coordinates photography, videography, and content creation to showcase events and community highlights. 
• Promotes events, member achievements, and initiatives to increase visibility and engagement. 
• Collaborates with the leadership team to ensure all marketing aligns with the group’s vision and growth strategy.

 Mentorship | Learning | Development

• Designs and leads mentorship and peer-support initiatives to foster meaningful connections within the community. 
• Develops structured leadership and professional development tracks aligned with members’ growth goals. 
• Curates educational workshops, resources, and learning opportunities that support career and business advancement. 
• Creates pathways for skill-building, knowledge sharing, and long-term professional growth. 
• Collaborates with the leadership team to ensure programming remains relevant, engaging, and high-value.

Sponsorships | Partnerships | Community Support 

• Identifies and secures sponsors to support IWB-FC events through venue, food, beverages, or financial contributions. 
• Builds relationships with local businesses and professionals interested in collaborating with and supporting the community. 
• Coordinates sponsorship opportunities and ensures alignment with the group’s mission and values. 
• Helps minimize event costs by sourcing in-kind contributions and strategic partnerships. 
• Collaborates with the leadership team to ensure events remain high-quality while being cost-effective.
